Mines Help Center: New Enhancement, Feature, or Access

Service Description

If you'd like to see something new in Mines Help Center or require additional access to the software appliance, you may submit a ticket to contact the ITS system administrators for this service.

Audience

Entire Mines community, including limited service information available to the public.

Service Levels

Mines Help Center is available 24/7 for your support needs. Planned maintenance outages will be announced and posted on https://its.mines.edu/ in advance, when possible. The requests are reviewed once a week so there may not be an immediate response.  Also, the complexity of the request may dictate a longer time to completion. 

Requirements

Access to specific areas of Mines Help Center, including the requesting of certain services, may be limited by your Mines affiliation.

Service Charges

Customer access to Mines Help Center has no charge. Additional access or features may constitute costs that vary depending on individual circumstances. Cost inquiries or questions may be submitted by accessing the service request on this page. 

Requesting the Service

Please use the "Submit Request" button located on this page to access a form where you can detail any pertinent information to your request. 

Additional support can also be requested by visiting the Technology Support Center (TSC) or calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during TSC staffed times. In this case, a Student Consultant will take your information.
